As a trauma informed clinician, my therapeutic approach is both insight oriented and geared towards promoting personal awareness, resilience and growth. In collaboration with my clients I work towards facilitating and supporting behavioral change utilizing an integrative approach based on my client's needs, strengths, and goals. My approach draws from and applies several theoretical orientations including but not limited to Client-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Existential, Psychodynamic, Gestalt & Mindfulness to treat various emotional and behavioral issues. I am a culturally responsive clinician with a wide breadth of training and experience in both mental health and substance abuse.

I utilize evidenced based
treatments including Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). CPT is endorsed by the U.S. Departments of Veterans Affairs and Defense, the International Society of Traumatic Stress Studies, and the U.K. National Institute of Health and Care Excellence (NICE) as a best practice for the treatment of PTSD.

I have experience providing services at all levels of care including residential/inpatient, intensive outpatient (IOP), partial hospitalization (PHP), outpatient, and early intervention.
