payment via Ivy Pay a convenient, HIPAA-secure & compliant app.

I participate as an in-network provider for CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, CareFirst Blue Choice, Evernorth (CIGNA) Johns Hopkins US Family Health Plan and Humana Tricare. 

For all other insurance companies, I am considered an out-of-network provider. If your insurance company offers out of network benefits, you should receive some reimbursement for the cost of my services. Services are paid at the time of service. You will be provided with a super bill/receipt for services which you may submit to seek reimbursement from your insurance company. 

Please consult with your insurance provider to verify your benefits, deductible, and reimbursable amount.  

A cancelled appointment impacts not only you, but also your therapist, as well as another client who could have utilized your time slot. 

Therapy sessions are scheduled in advance and are a time reserved exclusively for the client. When a session is cancelled without adequate notice, we are unable to fill this time slot by offering it to another client, a client on the wait list, or a client with a clinical emergency. Moreover we are unable to bill your insurance company for sessions that are not kept.

A fee of $100 will be charged when you miss or cancel an appointment without giving 48 hours advanced notice. This means that if your appointment is scheduled for 2:00 pm on a Saturday, notice must be given by 2:00 pm on Thursday at the absolute latest.
